First ATSC 3.0 and 4K HDR Broadcast
It looks like WRAL-TV in Raleigh Durham, NC is at it again. They will be known, I believe, to be the first terrestrial Broadcast TV Station to implement the ATSC 3.0 transmission method, and the first to broadcast 4K HDR during the Olympics. It is still bleeding edge, and there might have been someone out of the gate first, but WRAL-TV is getting all the press. One of the main technology partners responsible for their success is Harmonic. Here is Harmonic's press release
